I see an Africa in which opportunities abound for all regardless of gender, ethnicity and social backgrounds.

Inalegwu believes, very strongly, that the place one is born should not have to impact so greatly on the course they travel for the rest of their lives, as is seen today with so many children born in Africa. It is this understanding that gave birth to Transforming Africa Initiative – TAI. He also believes that mentorship is an important vehicle for breaking down barriers: himself being a product of mentoring and guidance from members of society who are of good will. As a result, mentorship and nurturing of young unrefined talents are cardinal to the activities of TAI (through linking of peoples and communities across geographical and political divides).
