We are at a time in the history of humankind where we can travel from one place to another or send messages from one individual to another at record speeds. One would think these advances would make for a world where our differences become less pronounced. The reality is that we have never been more distant.

Under this theme, we promote exchange of ideas and interaction between people with varying levels of experience, trainings and background across a number of continents.

Our objectives under this theme are to bridge generational and geographical gaps between peoples, provide opportunities for mentorship, encourage innovativeness and promote world peace. Our main vehicle under this theme is the unique TAI mentoring initiative – “A day in a year“.
